Point of sale communications. It could be packaging on shop counters, A-frame boards outside stores to entice customers in. Or it could be a good old fashioned in store poster. As a professional copywriter in London, I’ve written promotional copy for nationwide brands like Costa Coffee, Carphone Warehouse and John Lewis.

Sometimes a little more thought is needed about the customer experience. A pop up stand might be the way forward or a leave behind at a conference.
